I went to see Fran back in December with my partner to look at engagement rings. Fran was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, and had a lovely range of rings to choose from. I ended up falling in love with one ring in particular, and Fran was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience feel really special. After our visit, Fran was also incredibly helpful in arranging the specific ring I wanted with my partner, making sure everything was just right. She made the whole process so easy and was lovely throughout. I would recommend 100%.
